UPDATED PARISH ACCOUNTS – PARISH RATES ASSEMBLY MONDAY, 02 DECEMBER 2024 19:00

Dear Parishioners

A reminder that the Parish Rates Assembly will be held on Monday, 02 December 2024 at 19:00, at Grouville Parish Hall.

Following the Accounts Committee meeting held earlier this week, the following important amendments have been made:

• The Connetable’s Report has been updated on page 1.
• Depreciation has been put back in the accounts, following the successful vote at the Parish Rates Assembly, held 29 November 2023, to keep depreciation in the accounts for two years.
• Information has been updated on page 9, under heading ‘Fixed assets’.
• The Maison Le Maistre reserve of £200k has been removed on page 12 and the entire Maison Le Maistre fund has been released to the Property Reserve.
• Sundry expenses have been broken down slightly and now includes ‘Office Security’ on page 16.
• The estimates for 2024/2025 have been amended on page 19 to include depreciation.
• The figures on page 20 has been amended to reflect the changes made to the estimates on page 19.
