VOLUNTEER MARSHALLS NEEDED

To help us comply with our obligation in running a public event the Parish is kindly requesting for some wonderful volunteer Marshalls.

It is not onerous, and below are the type of things which we would like you to get involved with: –

  • Safety and Order: The primary role of an event Marshall is to maintain safety. They keep an eye out for potential hazards or disruptions, and make sure that participants and attendees follow event guidelines.
  • Communication: Event Marshalls serve as a point of contact between event organizers and attendees. Marshals provide attendees with important information and can relay concerns or feedback to event planners.
  • Assistance: Marshalls may help with setting up and tearing down equipment and help attendees find their way.
  • Identifying and Addressing Issues: Marshalls stay alert for any potential problems —such as medical emergencies or security concerns — and either address them directly or coordinate with appropriate parties to handle the situation.

We do not expect you to be available for the whole day and shifts may consist of three to four hours. We will keep you hydrated throughout the day and offer you a packed lunch.

If you would like to help your Parish, please call The Parish Hall on 852225 as soon as possible.

Thank you all, in advance, for any help you can give.
