Government Update Storm Ciaran
Following the distribution of funds before Christmas from the Bailiff’s Emergency Fund for Storm Ciarán, where we distributed in excess of £80,000 to those most in need. We have today opened the appeal up for applications for individuals to apply again. We are sending the information out to you in advance of any media, so that you may pass the details of how to apply to those of your parishioners/clients who have been the most severely affected.
There is a simple online form for people to complete with a link on our website (link below), we have listed some possible items that people may wish to claim for, however this is not exhaustive, and people should not be put off from applying if it is not listed.

The second round of funding is now open and closing date for applications is 31st January, please note that applicants are able to apply for a second grant even if they received monies previously.
